Personal data processing agreement

It is an integral part of the User Agreement, the current version of which is available at the following address: mychooz.com/agreement .

1. The User, by accepting this Agreement on Processing of Personal Data (hereinafter – “Agreement”), gives his/her consent in accordance with the Act “On Personal Data” (hereinafter – “On Personal Data”) to the processing of his/her personal data (PD), namely: surname, name, patronymic; electronic mail (e-mail); telephone number.
2. The operator of the processing of the User’s personal data is the administration of the information resource “MyChooz” (hereinafter – “Site Administration”), located at the domain name mychooz.com (hereinafter – “Resource”).
3. The processing of the above-mentioned personal data is carried out through the mixed processing of personal data (collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, modification, use, distribution, including communication, depersonalization, blocking, destruction or deletion).
4. The processing of personal data is carried out for an indefinite period.

User’s e-mail address to the e-mail address: [email protected], after receipt of this request and its consideration by the Website Administration within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the request by this authorized person. The User understands and agrees that by submitting a request for deletion of personal data from the system to the Administration, the User simultaneously authorizes the Administration to delete his/her account created by the Administration at the time of his/her registration on the Website.
6. The purpose of the processing of personal data is the use of the Resource and its services, as well as services integrated with the Resource.
7. The User also confirms that the personal data provided by him/her are correct and expresses his/her full and unconditional consent (acceptance) to the use of his/her contact data for communication purposes, to make phone calls to the specified landline and/or mobile phone, to send SMS messages to the specified mobile phone, to send e-mails to the specified e-mail address, to confirm the data necessary for the operation of the Resource and/or its individual services, as well as for the purposes established by the Administration of the Website Administration. The Site Administration’s feedback to the User is not tied to any particular method, including, but not limited to, those specified in the above actions.
8. The User also provides the Site Administration with access to the following technical information: cookies, browser sessions, User’s IP address.
