On May 27 Honor presented new models of TWS wireless earbuds Honor Earbuds X7 and Honor Earbuds A in the budget segment up to $50. Let’s take a look at how the new products are similar and what are their differences.
Sound and functionality of Honor Earbuds X7 and Honor Earbuds A
In Earbuds X7 and Earbuds A there are dynamic 10 mm drivers with polymer composite coating and HiFi5 DSP audio chip, which are responsible for the sound quality, and have passed Golden Ea certification confirming high sound quality.
Both earbuds have Bluetooth 5.3 wireless connection version. Both models feature touch control and IP54 protection against moisture and dust.
Earbuds X7 and Earbuds A have a run time of up to 9 hours on a single charge, the cases have an additional 30 hours of battery life, up to 40 hours in total. 10 minutes of fast charging feature in both devices will help to recharge the earbuds for up to 3 hours of music playback.
Differences between Honor Earbuds X7 and Honor Earbuds A in design and price
The only difference between Honor Earbuds X7 and Honor Earbuds A is their color scheme. The Earbuds A come in blue and white colors, while the Earbuds X7 come in green and white. Earbuds X7 also have a wider and longer charging case than the Earbuds A.
The new headphones share the same earbud form factor with an AirPods inspired design.
- The HONOR Earbuds A is priced at – 199 yuan or approximately $27, and the HONOR Earbuds X7 is priced at 299 yuan which is approximately $42. No news on whether there will be a global launch yet.
