The driver for the ATH-WB LTD was borrowed from the wireless flagship model ATH-WB2022B. ATH’s improved 45mm dynamic HD proprietary driver features a diaphragm coated with diamond-like carbon (DLC). The driver coils utilize high purity 7N-OFC copper. The earcup housings are made by Fujigen Inc – company that manufactures musical instruments. The design of the housings is similar to the ATH-WB2022B. The headphones are equipped with a removable 1.2 meter cable system using Audio-Technica A2DC connectors.
ATH-WB LTD – release date and price
The headband and ear cushions are made of lambskin, and the cups swivel for a better fit on the ears and easy transportation.
