The headphones feature a hybrid driver system, including a 10.2 mm dynamic driver for low frequencies and a 5.1 mm x 2.8 mm balanced armature driver for high frequencies. They are equipped with a dedicated DAC, offering a frequency range from 20 Hz to 40 kHz. For connectivity, they use Bluetooth 5.3 with support for LDAC codec (available only for Android devices). To enhance sound quality, JBL Spatial 360 technology with head-tracking is implemented.

JBL Tour Pro 3 feature advanced True Adaptive Noise Cancellation 2.0, which analyzes ambient noise 50,000 times per second, adjusting the noise-canceling level in real-time. They utilize six microphones and a hydrodynamic design to effectively combat wind noise, ensuring clear voice transmission.

The headphones support multi-device connectivity, allowing simultaneous use with multiple devices. Control is managed through touch panels on the headphones and a display on the case, which enables you to manage playback, calls, and other functions.
