Huawei has released the second generation of its Sound Joy 2 wireless portable speaker, which combines many functional solutions.
What’s new in the Huawei Sound Joy 2 portable speaker?
Huawei Sound Joy 2 is equipped with four speakers: a 20-watt full-range speaker, a 10-watt tweeter and two passive radiators, providing rich sound with deep bass and clear treble. The maximum volume of the speaker reaches 85dB.
Huawei has added several smart features to the Sound Joy 2. For instance, users can create a stereo system simply by shaking two speakers near each other. It also supports simultaneous connection of up to 100 devices to create multi-channel sound. The speaker can be controlled via Huawei smartwatches or connected automatically through NFC—just bring your phone or tablet close to the speaker.
With an 8800mAh battery, the speaker can play music for up to 26 hours nonstop. Fast charging via the 40W USB Type-C port allows for an hour of playback with just a 10-minute charge.
The new model is IP67-rated for water and dust resistance, making it perfect for outdoor use or active travel.
The speaker is available in three colors: bright green, obsidian black and island blue. Huawei Sound Joy 2 also features an LED ring that changes color depending on the rhythm of the music and shows the battery level.
