Koss has released a new generation of its legendary Porta Pro headphones for its 40th anniversary, featuring Bluetooth 5.2 wireless connectivity. The new version, called Porta Pro Wireless, retains the original design and ergonomics. Key changes include Bluetooth connectivity, USB-C charging and an analog audio output that allows the headphones to be used in wired mode.
Physical control buttons allow you to connect to devices via Bluetooth, stop and start a track, skip and rewind tracks, take calls, turn the microphone on/off and turn the audio up/down.
The Porta Pro Wireless produce sound in the frequency range of 15-25,000 Hz. The built-in microphone and controls allow users to take calls and control music playback directly from the headphones. A solid addition to the functionality is the battery life, which reaches up to 20 hours without recharging.
The headphones still feature the signature temple pads for a comfortable fit and open ear cushions that allow the user to hear ambient sounds. Included with the device is a hard carrying case, USB-C cable for charging, and USB-C to 3.5mm cable for analog connection.
