Bose has released QuietComfort Earbuds with a focus on noise-canceling technology and wireless functionality. The new model in the sub-$200 segment competes with AirPods 4 and Sony earbuds.
The headphones utilize dynamic drivers with Bluetooth 5.3 support. SBC and AAC codecs are available for users. Adaptive equalizer technology allows you to adjust the frequency balance through the Bose app.
The proprietary Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) system works on the basis of six microphones. It supports several modes: “Quiet” for complete isolation and “Aware”, which allows external sounds to pass through. The control of the headphones is realized through touch panels and an app, where you can customize the level of noise reduction and other settings.
The battery life of the headphones without charging from the case and with ANC disabled is up to 8 hours, with a wireless charging case the run time is up to 30 hours. With ANC enabled 6/24 hours respectively. It takes 1.5 hours to fully charge the case and the fast charging feature allows you to add 3 hours of headphone use in 20 minutes.
QuietComfort Earbuds have an ergonomic design with three sizes of ear tips for a customized fit. The IPX4 standard provides sweat and water protection, making the earbuds suitable for active use.
