Fiio has introduced the updated flagship Fiio FH19 in-ear wired headphones. These high-end hybrid IEMs are a new transformation of the FH9 model.
What’s improved in the Fiio FH19?
In collaboration with Tokyo Onkyo Ltd in Japan and Knowles in the USA, the driver design has been reimagined to a 2DD+6BA configuration. A new 13.7 mm dual push-pull (isobaric) low-frequency dynamic driver with PU+DLC diaphragms has been introduced. This driver features a faster response to low frequencies, effectively doubling the diaphragm’s driving force. For high and mid frequencies, Knowles has provided six new balanced armature drivers, which include rear-facing vents for improved diaphragm movement. The mid-frequency drivers are positioned in a newly designed dual resonance chamber. These innovations enhance the frequency response and listener’s perception of sound.
The earbuds come with three interchangeable filters to customize the frequency response according to personal sound preferences.
The FH19 cable is crafted from high-purity silver, consisting of 224 wires woven using Litz technology. The transparent TPU sheath prevents yellowing and maintains flexibility even at low temperatures.
The semi-open headphones feature an ergonomic design made from aerospace-grade 7000-series aluminum. The drivers are housed within an internal frame made of titanium.
