Marshall announced updated models of portable speakers Emberton III and Willen II. These wireless speakers are ready to give a musical mood in any season and even underwater at a depth of up to 1 meter.
Willen II is the most compact wireless speaker in Marshall’s lineup. It features Bluetooth 5.3 LE Audio with Auracast, which will allow the speaker to act as a transmitter for connecting to compatible headphones (available later through a firmware update). The battery life has been improved, now offering up to 17 hours of playback. The quick charge feature provides 5.5 hours of playtime after just 20 minutes of charging. The speaker also includes a microphone for hands-free calls, a rubberized strap for easy carrying and attachment, and an IP67 rating, making it resistant to water immersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. The 38-watt amplifier increases sound pressure levels up to 88 dB SPL. The device weighs 370 grams and is available in Black and Brass, and Cream color options.

Emberton III is the third generation of Marshall’s wireless speaker, featuring the brand’s signature design and significant upgrades. Among the improvements are Dynamic Loudness, a function that automatically adjusts the tonal balance of sound based on the volume level, ensuring high-quality audio at any volume, and support for Bluetooth LE Audio. The addition of Auracast (available later via an OTA update) will enhance sound quality, reduce background noise, and allow connection to other Emberton III speakers without needing a source device.
The speaker now includes a built-in microphone for phone calls or messaging apps. It uses two 10-watt speakers as the sound source. The battery life has been extended to 32 hours (2 hours longer than the previous model). A full charge takes 2 hours, while a 20-minute charge provides 6 hours of playback. The Emberton III is IP67-rated, making it resistant to water splashes and capable of brief immersion up to 1 meter. The speaker weighs 670 grams and is available in Black and Brass and Cream colors.
