Moondrop Introduces New Moondrop Concerto Hybrid Headphones with xMEMS and Planar Drivers

Moondrop Concerto

Moondrop has announced its new Moondrop Concerto hybrid in-channel headphones, developed in collaboration with ddHiFi. The model features the xMEMS Montara solid-state silicon driver and a patented 13mm superlinear 13mm planar planar driver. This combination delivers high-quality sound with low distortion down to 0.05% and a frequency range comparable to traditional planar and dynamic drivers.

The headphones also feature a dual-channel crossover to separate the operation of the xMEMS tweeter and mid-bass driver. An integrated USB driver with 32Bit/384kHz support provides high-quality audio decoding, while the standard USB-C interface makes them compatible with a variety of devices including Apple smartphones, Android and PCs.Moondrop Concerto
The Moondrop Concerto promise excellent performance, with an overall harmonic distortion ratio of less than 0.05% at 94dB at 1kHz.

A design feature of the Concerto includes a V-shaped acoustic layout that minimizes the impact of traditional crossovers on high-frequency response.
