What’s known. Nothing only showed a teaser — a close-up of a yellow earcup with the signature dot-matrix texture. Build details, materials, headband, and full design are still under wraps. Yellow is clearly the accent color for the (a) line, just like the Phone (2a) series.
Battery life. Nothing claims “the longest battery life of any of our audio products.” For context: Headphone (1) lasts up to 80 h, and the CMF Headphone Pro pushes up to 100 h. Exact numbers for Headphone (a) haven’t dropped yet.
Price and positioning. Leaks point to around €159 (~$150). That puts it right in JBL Tune 770NC and Sony WH-CH720N territory — half the price of Headphone (1) at $299. Nothing is clearly targeting folks who want the signature design without paying flagship money.
