Beats Company History:

Beats Electronics, owner of the Beats by Dr. Dre brand, was founded in 2006 by famous American rapper and hip-hop producer “Dr. Dre” (Andre Romell Young) and Jimmy Iovine. The manufacturer focuses on customers with medium and high demands, so it offers high-quality but not cheap products. After a number of business acquisitions (at one time the brand was owned by Monster Cable and HTC), all rights to the Beats by Dr. Dre trademark were bought by Apple Corporation (end of 2014).
